College mornings are pretty hectic, to say the least! I’ve never had classes earlier than 9am, but I have classes four days a week at 8am starting this fall.
If you read my post about how I transitioned to becoming a morning person, you’ll know that I wasn’t too great with mornings in the past. Although I am much better now, I still don’t spend a lot of time getting ready in the morning.
Here’s 5 beauty products that I use to finish my beauty routine in under 5 minutes!
PHILIPS SONICARE ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH
1. BATISTE DRY SHAMPOO
I am in love with this dry shampoo. I’m definitely a girl who sticks to a budget, so I never bought anything better than the cheapest dry shampoo I could find on the shelf. I mean, all dry shampoos are the same, right? Turns out I was missing out big time. I switched to this dry shampoo just a week ago and I’m already amazed. It smells like coconut and tropical fruit, leaves no white residue, and gives my hair tons of volume. If you’re like me at all, you try not to wash your hair to much – especially if it’s colored (or worse – bleached). I highly recommend this to be added to your morning routine!}
2. MAYBELLINE BROW PRECISE EYEBROW PENCIL
I’ve used this brow pencil for a ton of time. It’s inexpensive, and I see it as a dupe on Pinterest for the Anastasia Brow Wiz. I love that one side has a spooly! I truly believe that the eyebrows frame the face, and when you fill in your eyebrows you look much more put together. Ever since I got eyelash extensions, I always make sure I do my eyebrows in the morning. It only takes about a minute!
3. Tarte Shape Tape Concealer
Ever since I saw all the rave about this concealer, I knew I needed to get my hands on it. I have a very light complexion, and a lot of concealer ranges don’t have a shade light enough for me. In this concealer range, I’m not even the lightest shade! This concealer is very full coverage, and It looks perfect without foundation. I use it under my eyes and to cover any blemishes when I’m in a hurry.
4. Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer
I am in love with this moisturizer! You’ll see a more in depth review of this product August 15th, when I tell you about this months obsessions! I use this moisturizer constantly, and I love the way it makes my skin feel. For days when I don’t wear any makeup on my skin, I always make sure my face is clean and moisturized.
5. EYELASH EXTENSIONS
These are a little more spendy, but highly worth the investment. I look put together every day, and I don’t wear makeup on my face most of the time. Since I got my extensions I just wash my face, add some mascara onto my bottom eyelashes, fill in my eyebrows, and finish my skin care routine.
